Refund Policy

At driphub.ae, we strive to deliver high-quality IV therapy services to your doorstep in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Due to the nature of our services being healthcare-related and provided on-demand, refunds are generally not applicable once a service has been delivered.

1. General Refund Policy

Payments for services booked through driphub.ae are non-refundable, as our offerings are classified as healthcare services delivered directly to customers upon request.
Most services are time-sensitive, scheduled upon customer demand, and involve medical staff and resources being allocated. Therefore, once the service is provided or the team is dispatched, refunds will not be issued.

2. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances, such as:

Service not provided due to operational reasons from our side (e.g., cancellation by our team due to unforeseen circumstances).
Technical issues with the payment process (e.g., double charges, erroneous deductions).

All refund requests are subject to internal review on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be processed if the request is justified after thorough verification of the facts.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must:

Submit a valid request via email to hello@driphub.ae with payment details (transaction ID, date, amount) and a clear explanation of the reason.
Provide valid identification documents (Emirates ID or passport copy) to authenticate the request.

Once verified, approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. No interest or additional amounts will be applied to the refunded sum, regardless of the time elapsed.

4. Multiple Refund Requests

Customers who submit repeated refund requests without valid reasons may have their access to driphub.ae restricted or permanently revoked.
We reserve the right to cancel or deny any registration or service usage in case of misuse of the refund policy.
